Los Angeles County Poll Worker Information

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read and write English and Punjabi
  • Registered Voter of California
  • 18 years old on or before Election Day (Student Worker also available)
  • Attend a mandatory 2-hour training session
  • Provide proof of Covid Vaccination

ਲੋੜਾਂ:

Student Poll Worker Application

ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਪੋਲ ਵਰਕਰ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ

Time Commitment:

  • Approximately 6 hours of training before Election Day
  • Being present from 6:15 AM to 9:30 PM on Election Day

ਸਮਾਂ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ:

  • ਚੋਣ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਲਗਭਗ 6 ਘੰਟੇ ਦੀ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ
  • ਚੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਸਵੇਰੇ 6:15 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਤ 9:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਰਹਿਣਾ

Compensation:

  • $80 for training
  • $100 per day served at the vote center

ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ:

  • ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਲਈ $80
  • $100 ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਦਿਨ ਵੋਟ ਕੇਂਦਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ
